There's a bug that prevents the 2nd type of NPC from spawning if you insert the coin near the end of the mission, keep that in mind. Another NPC with a red marker should spawn, shoot, inspect, consider and stab for a sister. Would you please make sure the pool / reject feature is working properly again on PC? It's extremely annoying to farm the same mission over and over and over and over just to fish the envoy / candidate you need. Dump the 'Zenith Granum Crown' into a golden hand statue on the same tileset, kill at least 25 enemies in the fun zone. I have seen at least 3 Flux Rifles, 2 Detrons and 2 Envoys which should be impossible after ignoring those candidates. I have now completed 12-15 missions withouth getting a weapon I don't already have. Thus, I shouldn't see more than 7 candidates before I get a weapon which I don't have yet.
